As a courtesy, we will send email reminder/SMS message to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date.
A 24 hours prior notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied if client fails to cancel or reschedule within the specific time frame.
Should a client fail to show for an appointment altogether they will be charged the full cost of that appointment and the services scheduled.
It is the clients responsibility to text or email theMEDibar when a client needs to modify their appointment to avoid the cancellation/rescheduling or no show fee.
Dr. (Yoni) Bardash is an attending physician at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ. He is experienced and certified in a wide array of cosmetic and wellness procedures.
Yoni graduated with a distinction in research from the Donald and Barbra Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell. He conducted extensive research and meta-analyses at Lenox Hill Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering on socioeconomic determinants of health, as well as, quality of life and outcomes in head and neck cancer patients. He completed his intern year in Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC and completed his Anesthesia Residency in SJ University Medical Center in NJ.
Yoni has a keen eye for aesthetics and cosmetic procedures. He feels grateful for the mentors and experts that have helped shape his approach to aesthetics, and continues to build off their knowledge and expertise. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their personal cosmetic and wellness goals!
Yoni is personable and outgoing. He loves to travel and explore new experiences and hobbies. He is an active sport enthusiast, avid gym goer, and loves the outdoors! We are thrilled to have such a brilliant and talented physician as our team leader!
Danielle is a nurse experienced in resurfacing scars and facial reconstruction along with 15 years of injecting Botox, Fillers, as well as PDO threads.
She also has a decade of experience with Kybella, Sculptra, Microneedling, Lasers, PRP, Bio Identical Hormone Replacement, IV Nutritional Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Amino Acids and Peptides Therapy. She is also a certified tattoo artist.
Danielle started her nursing career as a registered nurse in critical care in 2002 and worked in the OR, ER, Trauma, ICU, CCU and ITCU!
Realizing her talents, Danielle has volunteered tattooing nipples for mastectomies for women who suffered from breast cancer.
Can we guess what Danielle’s favorite thing to do is? “Keeping people young and healthy from the inside to the outside is my passion and my pleasure!”
In her spare time, Danielle teaches Botox and Filler injections as well as PDO threading for the face and body.

Lexi is certified and trained in Botox and Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, Micro-needling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels and IV infusion therapy. She enjoys making her clients feel and look their very best!
Lexi has worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center. She loves taking care of mothers and babies and has enjoyed seeing so many families born!
Lexi graduated nursing school from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and continues to learn and grow as a nurse injector!
